This happened to me repeatedly, mostly in S8. Logging out and in does not fix it. I have to quit the client and start it again (thus, seems to be a client side bug). I am using the Mac version. Also, when I log off and on again, I am suddently far away from the location I logged off at. It seems the database is not updated. I might have been invisible during this time, not sure.

Well, he did say "mostly", zoid :) ...so, andreas, you can't jump in 8 and you can't dock or jump in other sectors?

Next time it happens, look for another player and ask them if they can see you or your radar blip. Get right in front of them and fire at them ONCE, if they are on your team.

If they can't see you, you have the invisibility bug. Try to get Sherpa's or a Dev's attention so they can guide you while you are invisible. If they're not on, try to report everything that led up to it, including any other processes on your comp, in a bug report.
