Sometimes, when I take a station, it does not open the key selection popup. Rather, it automatically allocates the key to a new key after a minute. So it's like I wait 30 seconds in the dock, it tells me I now control the station, and after one minute it tells me I've got a new Owner key. This happens when there is already an identically named key in my keychain already as well.

This is not 100% replicable; sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't found what causes it to appear or not appear. It has been replicated both with and without plugins, as has the normal functioning, so I don't think plugins are behind this issue. My guess is it might be slow net speeds, but I have no way to consistently test that since a) I can't deliberately reduce my net speed for testing and b) taking stations repeatedly is a tedious activity.

Just adding to this, every time this happens and it doesn't give me the key allocation option, it also doesn't let me undock until it gives me a new key. I just get stuck on the "Launching..." loading screen.
