Capital ships turbo on their own for longer than 10km
Update 1.8.587 stated:
"New capship command "turbo": engages turbo for up to 10km, on the current heading, then stops."
In practice, the turboing capital ship never stops after being given the command.

This should be fixed in production, as of 10/25.
