Since the update release I'm unable to earn any crystals. I will get one or 2 crystals occasionally but no more than that. I've tried killing queens & stuff but no crystals whatsoever. Max I will get is 1 crystal after a lot of kills.

Are you sure your daily limit for those activities has had time to reset? Have you tried mining?

I didn't try mining but I'm quite sure my daily limit did get time to reset.

Can you give a more specific time/sector where you didn't earn any?

I don't have exact details right now since I kill lots of queens around. I'll go do a queen real fast & get the timing/sector info. See if I earn crystals or not

Just did a queen at 6:10 UTC in dau M8 & earned 10 crystals (3, 4, 3). A buddy jumped in & after that I started to get crystals otherwise I did a few earlier & only 1 crystal after all escorts & the queen.... It might be that a friend jumping in made difference so I'll see when I get time to do a few solo

Just killed another queen got 3 crystals total. Queen killed at 21:15 UTC. Again had someone in the sector.

So, we did look into this, and everything is working as-intended.

There are limits that you can hit, as has been mentioned (as Inevitable wrote above). Once you hit the limit, it takes awhile for more crystals to become available to acquire. But, you have been correctly receiving crystals, as expected.

Good to know. I guess I just didn't pay attention I hit the limit. How long does it take to be able to re-earn crystals?

It's currently on a 24-hour cycle, rolling over at a particular time of day.
