I did advanced combat 1 & 2 about 5 times but I still didn't get the mission to manufacture high drain power cell so to unlock improved high drain later on. But it didn't appear so I thought it might be I missed some mission which is no longer available.

I made an alt - did the missions again & same thing - done 5 times but the mission to manufacture high drain cell isn't there for me.

TJ, what *other* missions do you have available right now? Send a screenshot(s) of your mission tab to me on discord. The IHDPC is rather bizarre, as I believe it actually piggybacks off of >several< other mission trees before it can actually be advanced. If I can't figure it out, we can poke Phaserlight, too - he's the one who made the mission tree, iirc.

The requirements are "Advanced Combat Training 1 & 2" (once only, each), and the "Manufacturing Help Needed" sequence that becomes available after a handful of basic mining missions are completed.

There is no way to 'fall off' the tree.

So technically I need to do either mining or Manu missions or specifically mining missions? Also any missions in those categories?
