You cannot launch at this time. Your grid power is too low.

Ship Ragnarok Mk3 with 2 avalons, 3 geminis and a fast charge.
I jumped from bractus i6 to c5 and got the error message "Warning! Your grid power usage is too high, moving turrets into storage."
I docked with the station and then was unable to launch the rag and received the error message "You cannot launch at this time. Your grid power is too low."
I was still unable to launch after removing plugins, I was able to launch other ships, and logging off and back on fixed the issue.
