at random times when i dock.. i can see everyones jump location when they exit the sector even though im not in space nor am i within 1000m of them.

its been happening more and more frequently for me. happened within a couple minutes of this post again in dau L10 but ive been seeing it happen all over space.

Thanks for the report. A fix is being background-propagated in production. Fully implemented on the next server restart.
