Not capable to get past the character screen
I`ve got disabled firewall and cheked some old post but nothin worked of any posible solution
Could you be more specific about what is happening?
I conect select the caracter and then after a few seconds in the entering universe loading screen it says conection timed out
There's something peculiar about your network. The server is never receiving an acknowledgement packet from you.
Either something on your side, or something between us, is stopping the packet from getting through.
Have you tried going Options -> Advanced -> Network and changing "MTU Discovery" to Compatibility Mode? That might be worth a try.

Same thing happens with and without it with the only exception being that it takes a bit longer to load characters with it on. Still worth the try
Must be on my hardware side, I can connect with movile
Perhaps there's still some kind of firewall or packet filter in place? Either on your system, or your router, etc. That's the best I can figure, sorry I can't be more helpful.

If you're using a Windows machine and a 3rd party firewall software, there is a chance that your Windows firewall is still engaged (even though you've set up your new firewall properly). Try manually turning off your Windows firewall.
