I die while play with furies, then missions buttons disappear, so only way here is log off or let them die from some, also they follow me everywhere so I think its connected to capship follow command

I think when you die with furies it is intended that you lose them if that's what you meant. I think there is an option to dock them if you don't intend on using them. So you lose them if they time out, they get killed , or you die with them while they are out and you have to build new ones. If you dock them before any of that happens then you should still have the mission to launch them.

They are also notorious for getting lost in ion storms so jump around those if you have them following you.
