after fighting in Latos O12 and visibly seeing both pcb turret and caprail (and effectively pcbing a goli with the turret) when i jumped to sedina all the turrets were neuts and the caprail and pcb were in the goliath's cargo. This happened around 4:15 am GMT.

This is definitely a weird one. We do have log data showing it happened, but we don't yet know what caused the issue. We may add more intensive logging around this, for the moment, so please report any additional occurrences of this issue.
