When you "activate" a scanner's green scanline visual, it will tell you to leave the NFZ to use that addon. While the trigger is blocked properly when you are in an NFZ (which feels silly, since a radar passively works anyways), the message in chat will occur even if you aren't inside an NFZ, or even if you aren't in a station sector.
