This was tested in Nyrius F-6. If you log in to the station and launch there is no NFZ warning as can be seen here https://imgur.com/a/XPySXGN however if you entered the sector from another the NFZ does show up as seen here: https://imgur.com/a/MHUG0Ba

Notice how the nfz notice doesn't show when I log out and launch from the station.

Did you try it without plugins? The sector log does report that you entered the NFZ when you launched from the station at the time of your video.
