As jumping into Deneb mission I got this error. When it happened I was not able to see HAC's, Connies' teradon's, and maybe tridents? I cant remember if I could see tridents or not. Hopping out and back in resolved the issue.

Do you mean exiting and re-running the game? Or leaving the sector and jumping back in?

I left the sector and reentered. I have not received the error since.
