* PLEASE READ: HOW TO REPORT A BUG *
Thank you for reporting bugs here.
While the developers do their best to catch every bug, VO is played on a staggering variety of devices and it is likely that a previously-unseen bug could be found in the wild. Please keep your emotions in check here. We understand problems with the game can be frustrating, but a complete and succinct report helps to resolve them quickly.
Some guidelines for posting:
1) If your bug could be exploited in some game-breaking way, or if you wish to report players exploiting a bug, please use the ticket system instead.

2) Please always include your device, operating system, video card / graphics adapter if applicable, and any other hardware or software that you may have been using at the time of the bug. Also include the language of your device, and the language your game is running in, as they could have significant impact in causing or hiding bugs.
3) Please describe your specific location, date, time (including time zone), and what you were doing at the time the bug appeared so that the developers can find the event in their logs.
4) If you are using the game in a particular (non-English) language, please include that in the report, as that could be significant.
5) Please try to replicate the issue without any plugins installed (instructions below):
Launch VO
Select Options
Select Advanced...
Select Game
Toggle Plugins to Disabled.
Select Apply
Select Quit.
Relaunch the game.
It must be done this way because otherwise some code from plugins may still reside in memory and have an effect.
