I cant reload Behemoth's Gemini turret
After I ran out of ammunition for the Gemini missile, I could not reload it in any way, including reloading and reentering the turret in the space station.
I have only tried it on moth, and I don’t know if there is such a problem on the capship.

I have the same problem, but on my goliath. Ammo is empty, cannot reload nor fire using autoturrets, however I can fire if I enter the turret. Capital Rail Cannons also don't reload. I haven't docked yet, but I will try it to see. But reentering the ship not works for sure.
If it is the same as mine, then even if you enter the station, you can’t reload him, and the reloading ammunition option is directly displayed as unavailable.
I tested this on PC (linux) and my gems worked as they were supposed to(reloading) . I tried it on my trident , the atlas, and the moth.
I just tried this on a BHM, didn't have an issue. Fired all my gems until it said "Click", then re-entered the turret and *voila!* another full stack of gems to fire into the void.
Just a note: You do not reload this item in a station like traditional guns - it reloads automatically after a certain period of time has passed. Also the turret on a Behemoth does not fire by itself, you need to man the turret (or get a friend to fire it for you). The activateturrets command is for capital class ships only, so if it is working at all on none capital class ships (even for one shot), it should not be.
Capital Ship commanders may now focus turret fire onto a single selected target. The turrets may be bound to a single key or button, like "/bind l +ActivateTurrets". Then, with a single target selected, and that button depressed, any turret that can "see" the target within its respective active field-of-view will fire upon the target. Projectile and energy turret weapons will not fire on targets beyond their maximum range (missile turrets will fire).

+ActiviteTurrets can work in the moth or atlas(now)
If it is not possible to activate automatic turrets on non-capital ships, it is not appropriate to add the power consumption of the turrets, which makes their turrets almost useless.
I confirmed that Gemini can indeed use manual firing, but as long as the automatic firing is used to fire all the ammunition, the automatic firing cannot be activated in a short period of time (or after docking and reloading). It is bad

My experience is that it reloads as soon as you re-enter the turret. Sit in the same empty turret for ages, you don't get any more missiles. Jump out and back in straight away, and moah missiles magically appear.

Im using mobile phone and i used to mount Gemini .Rail.Swarm .Firecrackers.turrets and now i cant use them first cus they get empty second they are not reload when we dock in stations
I used on Goliath Bhemoth Atlas None of them dosent work
Now i have 2 empty Rail turret and 5, Empty gemini turret that i dont know are they still usefull to keep or do i sell them

Cool cool, but I'd still suggest the reason it isn't working on none capital ships, is because it isn't supposed to yet. Raybondo speaking his thoughts on 100 is no more official than myself doing so (ok, a lot more but still). Until it is in a changelog (or a system message maybe), it isn't the case. The fact that some turrets are not working on capital ships would seem to indicate a bug though.

That got fixed, although again, not sure if the fix applied to capships only. Seems it should be a universal thing though. But the Op isn't talking about entering the turret at all, but instead using /activateturrets.

I will use my moth for testing
I tested it, and it still cannot be quickly reloaded by any means, regardless of whether there is a fixed or not, at least it appears to be no fix on moth.
It should be fixed now, hot-loaded on the server tonight.
that might be worth a few hours warranty
