Game crashes upon start
Right after trying to update, when you click on play, it gives you an error, I updated graphics card driver already but no new result, when you change the resolution of the monitor it takes a few more seconds for the error to show up, but the game still crashes.

There wasn't really any resolution on this. I worked with him pretty extensively via ticket.
Basically, the game would run in Windows 10 "Safe Mode", but not in "normal" mode. There seemed to be some kind of application or driver that was crashing.
We verified that the crash was not happening in the game, but somewhere outside of our codebase. We couldn't determine if it was a GPU driver crash, or some other problem, but he did have the latest Intel drivers, at the time, for his particular GPU. He also uninstalled his anti-virus, etc.
I have no idea. Both drivers and related hardware can work differently in Safe Mode versus normal boot, or other apps and services are running. "Something" was definitely different. He got as far as disabling all boot "Startup" apps with no success in Task Manager, but didn't want to try minimizing Services to "diagnostic startup" via msconfig.
So, if anyone runs into this in the future, that's what I would try..
1) Remove any plugins from the game.
2) Completely disable all AntiVirus systems and reboot.
3) Disable everything from Startup (Task Manager -> Startup) and reboot.
4) Set "Services" to Diagnostic (msconfig, "General" -> "Diagnostic startup") and reboot.
