You need to add a lot more detail to a bug report. I've downloaded both the images and have no idea what I am looking at. I know you may think we all know everything about the game, but we do not.

What is happening here?
What did you expect to happen?
What actually happened?

It is also good etiquette to report a time and date of the reported bug, including your local timezone and the operating system used and basically as much information as you can - even if you do not think it is relevant to the current report it may actually point the developers in the right direction rather than sending them on a log file chase. This information all can be gotten, but it takes time, and as time is money... (you get the point).

But yeah, here are the images embedded, just in case others are worried about using download sites.

Completion of the Deneb H-13 war (Serco Victory) About 15:14 server time the Serco force jumped to the Itani WH Deneb O-3.
Could indicate the Serco's advance, however I believe after a hard fought skirmish, they'd need to restock and resupply first ;)
