If your kos with a faction they just suddenly start attacking you randomly in nation space, and then stop. I think a bit ago there was a update where they wouldn't. Is it a bug?

It is only in No Fire Zones, and only in places where you are not hated that they will not shoot you. If you are outside of the NFZ, or hated by the local faction (or if you attack), then they will still attack.

For example. If you go to a TPG station, and are admired there and a UiT convoy comes into the NFZ and they hate you? They will no longer attack. They will attack you outside of the NFZ though, and in none station sectors, all bets are off.
