Yes , I know they are 0cr and you can just dump them in space so they time out , but TGFT just doesn't drop litter.

Never tried to sell a hib, but I've noticed a similar thing going on with hive fast charge cells. I can sell them from my ship -- load them up, then Commerce -> Welcome -> Sell -- but from the station itself, no dice.
