The current 3 latos stations are restocking Helio Ores after a bit of time but i hardly see them restocking other types of ores like
Prem xith , prem carb , prem ishik , prem van , pentric , apicene - i hardly see them in stations.

All i see is helio sitting and getting restocked.

as far as I know the only prem ore there is player mined

Yeah, the game economy does not restock player-mined ores, and never has. Not a bug.
