** "What were you doing??"
This error popped up originally over Pelatus when I hovered my mouse over the system circle.
I did this for every single system, Later it occurred again on Varsi.

The only commonality: I placed a new note on a sector within both of those systems.
I tried to reproduce later and failed. However, I did get this recording in the event I couldn't do it, (This just shows the err popping up)
