phone cut-out
I don't know if this is really a bug... since it's single-device specific.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a cutout for the camera... VO's display/screens/HUD doesn't accommodate it.
As a workaround, I was able to turn on "full screen" which, ironically, makes the phone not use the full-screen... but makes it so that a black bar covers the top of the phone display to hide the camera cut-out.. effectively reducing the resolution by probably 100px across the top.

So.. the problem for you is that the game actually supports truly using the entire screen, but the camera cutout location overlaps with some kind of important control? Is that right?
yep. Any control/button in the upper left hand, or lower right hand (depending upon orientation) becomes obscured and depending on size, unusable. (HELP button, Maximize button, or Launch, etc.
The original problem was that VO wasn't respecting the OS's black bar, for some reason. Although, I rebooted my phone and now VO respects the black bar. Probably an OS issue.
Don't really know if it's worth your time, but from my understanding, more devices are coming on the market and using this technique to maximize pixels and minimize bezels, so it may become more of an issue in the future.
*Warning, incoming suggestion in the wrong forum:* For devices with cutouts maybe detect and artificially create a black bar on the left or right side (depending on orientation?) like the phone does when in "hide camera" mode... Here's a video of the "fix": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0rdmzl_3jE
I'd rate this as a nuisance/annoyance bug, not a critical functionality issue.
