Docking with cap ship in deneb triggers unrat response

If Pilot A is in a Deneb mission and they are kicked for killing two of their own team members (accidentally or on purpose) and Pilot B docks with Pilot A’s capship (in the mission sector) an unrat response is triggered against the capital ship.
Furthermore, if Pilot A, after having been kicked from the mission, attempts to dock with their OWN capital ship (in the mission sector) an unrat response is triggered as well.
Both of these cases seem to be bugs. Especially with how easy it is to be kicked from a mission.

Just to further complicate things, I did my first skirmish yesterday with the goli and got kicked from the group due to... Unfriendly fire? Heh. Regardless, I did the next skirmish with the goli and everything was fine. THEN I went to do another skirmish and, even though I accepted the mission, I got ganked by a mysterious group of unrats. Today I accepted the mission and brought the goli out there again and got ganked by the unrats without rhyme or reason. They were already there.
