Was changing game/control/interface options on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus (Android 7) when the whole "Touch" tab in advanced->controls disappeared completely.

Before that, I disabled touchscreen HUD for the game to look like the desktop version with no on-screen buttons and control circles. Then, I flew a bit with HUD completely toggled off like that - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6X-opJiRrA

Had to delete config.ini per Luxen's advice to reset the settings (it also reset my gamepad configuration).
