online player graphs not working since patch
the online player graphs are not working since the last patch
they are blank
they are blank
Thanks for the heads-up. It was not related to the patch.
This has been fixed. Our old (historical, deprecated) analytics system went offline unexpectedly (UPS failure precipitating other issues), and it took a while to cut over to the new one, due to some convoluted security layers.
the new graphs look very nice but they are a bit misleading there are more uit than any other faction online most of the time but the way the graph displays it looks like there are more serco
I know this is not the suggestion forum but perhaps the factions could be displayed with the least at the bottom and the most at the top

Ehh. I understand where you're coming from, but I think anyone who is misled by that graph needs to learn how to read graphs. The red is clearly thinner than the others, and the components are "stacked", as they've always been.
I'm not going to worry about it.

I understand graphs but joe public may not and it would look more professional in my opinion. Just an idea. If its a lot of work don't bother but if its a five minute job why not
Joe Public is more likely to not understand the concept of a "stacked" graph to begin with, in which case, it wouldn't matter which group was on top or bottom.
We use the same graph internally for various purposes, and I don't really want it ordered one way in some places and different ways in other places.
Plus, UIT being the largest group has been a long-standing situation, but one that may well evolve, before long. We can't have the graph dynamically order itself, very easily.. and basically I think this is all quite irrelevant.
I disagree that it looks any more professional either way. But, I do appreciate the feedback. I'm leaving it as-is.

it's broken again :(
Guh. Grafana apparently changed something in their update.
Annoying work-around for their change, but whatever, it should work now.
I had actually tested it after I updated Grafana on Weds, but apparently didn't wait long enough or some such. Thanks.

Ugh. Goddamnit. The updated script was overwritten for some reason. Fixed now.
Thanks for the report.

Yeah, I'm aware. Thanks.
Every time we update Grafana, they seem to change something preventing PNGs from exporting properly.
