This is the Kindle Fire HD 7" from ~2012, according to wikipedia, and 32-bit CPU tablets are no longer supported as of a recent update.
Google put this thing on that only 64-bit apks can go on their store recently, so... maybe its time to get an upgrade, mate.

Google requires all apps to have 64bit support, but not be exclusively 64bit. VO has "fat binary" APK support that includes 64bit and 32bit, as well as both Intel and ARM support.
I don't know what's causing the Kindle issue. We'll take a look, but there's a good chance it's a really out of date driver bug with the GPU, or some such (having no recent OS updates).

Thank you for looking into it you maybe right about my old tablet. But if I may ask why dose Amazon app store only have version 1.8.3** not the 1.8.4** that you are up to? The older version won't even update with the additional information it can't seem to download.
what you download from the appstore is, as I understand it, just a patcher with the minimum content required, and the first time you run the game it downloads the actual assets and code it needs [hence why first run it warns you it will be downloading a huge amount of data]. updates to the game itself are handled through this, not the appstore. updates to the launcher might be handled by the appstore, though?

That's correct :). The game self-updates on all platforms. I can't speak to what happens on older FireOS, right now.
That I can understand that the additional data download would update the app. But the version Amazon has won't download it. It downloads "manifest" then just sits there doing nothing I let it sit for an hour no progress at all. The side load apk updated in 2-3 min, just won't load. Sorry if I'm a pest I just really wanted to try this game.
We'll see what we can do. We don't have a sample of your specific device, but we'll try it on what hardware we have.
I thank you for trying. Hope to hear good news soon.
To answer this simply, your device operating system is too old.
On Android, we require at least Android 4.4 or newer. With FireOS this is kind of confusing, because the different OS versions are non-sequential. For instance, your FireOS 7.5.1 is older (based on Android 4.0) than FireOS 5.8.7.9 (based on Android 5.1).
Older versions of Android have some significant problems and bugs. Some of them are related to their aged cryptographic libraries and security issues therein, which we can work around, but other are more fundamental and deal with the basic loading of libraries in general.
Our Amazon store listing has not been updated with new "hard minimum requirements" for devices in quite some time, so we're going to update that to more accurately reflect the modern OS requirements of the Android build. But, this will only make the lack of support clearer to you, and will not help it run.
If you want to try and make the game run, you may be able to "root" your device and install LineageOS or some other "vanilla" version of Android, that is able to run the game.
But, be warned: this is a tricky process, and something going awry during installation can result in "bricking" your device in a way that may be non-recoverable. Best-case, even if it works correctly, there may be a loss of some types of functionality.. like any proprietary Amazon OS features will not exist. Third-party OS roms can also be less stable, or have any number of weird issues, since they're community efforts that are not supported by the original device manufacturer.
On the upside, the device may be more modern, secure, and able to run more software with a third-party ROM. Your "hardware" itself is still fairly capable, but in mobile-hardware-land everyone stops maintaining OS software updates after a couple of years, which is frankly kind of an apalling state of affairs.
