I have tried numerous times to obtain this mission but I get that error. I have tried redoing the previous missions to it, but I still can't get the mission. Any suggestions?

What station were you at, and when? How stable is your connection when you try to take it?

The one where it is supposed to be given. Can't think of it off hand. For the Itani faction. And my connection is amazing. Tried in PC and mobile. Same thing.

Oh and this was yesterday and today.

it might be something bugged up with your account; I suppose you'll need a dev to further help you with this.

If you are referring to the 'Mining Tutorial' mission, it is only available if your mining license is zero.
