Hitting storm in one direction but not the other.
There is an active storm in Latos N-14, when myself or Ezra leave N-15 to N-2, we do not hit the storm. Returning from N-2 to N-15 we hit the storm and are dropped into N-14. I tried this 3 times in the same direction to prove it.
We also find ourselves drifting away from the storm exit point, rather than towards it; upon entering the storm.
We also find ourselves entering Latos N-15 moving away from the station, rather than towards it.

This happened again in Latos. I experienced no storms while I was going from O-12 to B-6, but hit 2 on the way back.
Yeah, this happens. storm entry may be random when you enter whether towards or away from exit point, but given that its supposed to spin your ship on entry (see 3rd person cinematic view, which is supposed to be the default), it IS supposed to be random. The real bug is that it doesnt spin in 1st person cinematic mode (for whatever reason). Oh, and the "not-hitting-storms-on-reverse-jumps", though I think thats been around forever.
yes been around forever, doesn't make much sense and also doesn't happen very often...
Is it just me that thinks storms are a pain and shouldn't exist ?
Luxen: Im not talking about spinning on entry. For normal storms you ship will spin when entering a storm but you always be drifting driectly towards the storm exit point. Except for these storms, where you enter moving directly away from the storm exit point.
Aryko: Did you go back and forth at least twice to make sure the storms hadn't just dissipated?

This problem is not caused by something related to storms.
Try going to n2, then plot to n1.
Next from n1, plot to n2. Upon arrival your ship will ALWAYS point away from the station.
I dont know what causes it, but the result is if you jump to a sector which is vertically in the same line ... if its the same letter coordinates but a different number, you enter having been turned 180 degrees.
It has nothing to do with storms, and has been the case as long as i have been in the game.

I didn't say it was because of storms, i was reporting two things.
1.) That i was hitting storms in one direction and not the other.
2.) I was entering the storm and N-15 flying away from the storm exit and station.
