My microphone is connected to a toggle-able USB port, and if I don't turn it on before my PC starts, and VO's Voice Chat is enabled, then when VC is initialized (creating a group, logging into a guild, or entering a voice channel) the game quits. nothing appears to be entered in any of the logs, whether it be an audio driver log (vista, wave, OR xaudio; i've tried all three), or the errors.log file.

Since it only happens during voice initialization, if I turn it off or reset the device selection from the login screen's options menu, it won't break, assuming I remember to check it.
