My friend and I are stuck on the entering universe screen. My sound is off, but his music starts after a few minutes. We've looked across the forums, but we couldn't find a solution.

Do any of you guys know how to fix this? Is it server-side? Are we the only people who are having this issue, or is this a wide-spread thing?
