my phone is Blackview HEATWAVE yesterday I was Playing VO stayed midnight and play then I sleep for a while then I woke up and play VO on my Phone I know VO takes a lot of time to load and play VO loads about 3-5mins on my phone at first try after updating and waiting the loading to Log in and after tapping Play VO crashed at first I thought its normal cuz sometimes it happens every time I play then I Keep Logging VO crashed Continuously 4 streak it took me 20mins Waiting VO to Log in so I decided to Message developers and Post here on Forum. probably the new update was the reason why I can't play I want to play please fix it ASAP

Hi Miao, as someone mentioned on Facebook, you need to give us a lot of detailed information on what you're using to play:

Device type (model, name)
Device OS version (usually somewhere in Settings -> About Phone, on Android)
Free flash space on the main device.
Etc.

Otherwise, there's no possible way we can fix anything. No other user has reported any problems with the latest patch, and it works correctly on all our devices. So, you will have to give us a lot more information to find out what's specifically impacting you..
