Why do you think that is messed up? Stress obviously killed 419430503 people, all with 0.00 score.

actually S/K Ratio is not shot/kill, it's Score per kill ratio.

Yes, with the 3.3.13 update something got messed up and a couple people got some of their character stats messed up. It only affected their stats like kills/deaths/etc... their score/money/bounty was not affected.
