Video resolution settings on Linux is still a problem
At first glance, you're going to say "Wait, wait, wait Savet....this is a suggestion." But it's really not. The fact that threads like this are still a thing and the game is incapable of intelligently allowing users to define a resolution which is used on secondary monitors is a bug. The fact that non-Guild employees must instruct other users in manual edits of the configuration file for correct windowed resolutions is a bug.
As far as bugs go, this is relatively minor. But hopefully the frequently requested fix of allowing users to define an arbitrary X/Y resolution is also minor. Another possible fix is to not limit users to the upper reported range of resolutions and simply show all common modern resolutions. If I as a user choose a 4k resolution on a 1080p monitor, the game can prompt me that I may be doing something stupid and I should be able to click through it.

Orr.. the fact that Linux is lacking in unification of fundamental APIs across distributions is a "Bug".
I guess, to clarify, the Bugs forum is for things that are "not working as intended".
What you are describing is actually working as intended. You don't happen to like the implementation, which I definitely understand and appreciate. I'm not disagreeing with your opinion.
But it's still not a bug, and doesn't belong here.
I'm aware it's a problem, but it's not much of a problem compared to other problems, and thus has not garnered any development time yet.
