Hello Nikitok,

Thank you for the ticket. I am very sorry about the confusion but the money was deducted to pay for storage costs:

If you wouldnt have created that post and would have done a tutorial mission, you'd gained that back faster and maybe even more!

So you want premium for 1 month because you found a bug that isn't a bug anyway? Dude, get out of the training sector, and you will earn thrice them credits in like 2 missions?

Really, you didn't find a bug, You tried to abuse something. In a lot of games this is considered an exploit, and would get you banned.

This did not warn me. Get away from me!
I do not stay tuned and do not know how long ago began to pay for storage! But the lists you you were in my place, would be very upset that Lineage another online game, you took the money! I registered with the appearance of this game.

Actually, the game explicitly warns as soon as you create a situation that incurs recurring storage charges, for exactly this purpose. It creates pop-up modal dialog to make sure you are aware.

I wouldn't expect you to remember it happening, if you've been away for a long time. But, it is a clearly stated and known aspect of gameplay, which is necessary to allow players some flexibility of storage, while keeping their usage from growing out of control.

There are, in fact, other games with gameplay that has ramifications while the player is offline. Most famously, EVE's support of offline-character-advancement that only happens if you're subscribed. Frankly, I would find our minor in-game charges for storage to be pretty trivial by comparison.

In a gesture of goodwill, I've added some credits to your main character. But, please understand that this was not a bug, nor any kind of problem with the game, and please be more careful with your storage usage in the future.

If I paid for storage at a station already, would I not need to pay for storage if I was below the required amount for having to pay for storage at a later date?

Sorry, I'm new with the storage thing since I've never collected mass amounts of things in one station, and I don't remember from what I learned in the very beginning more than a year ago.

The way storage works from my experience is that when you exceed your current station limit, you get a message asking you to buy additional 10,000 cube of storage. You will then be charged for that storage each week, I believe on Saturdays for that additional storage.

If what you have stored drops below a storage threshold, there is no mechanism to automatically reduce or eliminate your payments. You have to go in and manually tell the station that you no longer want that additional space and will often receive a partial refund.
