I apologize if that was not the correct thread for such a query.

My device is the Kindle Fire HD 7. I have been using this device to enjoy VO for a year and a half after upgrading from an older kindle.
I was logged in and in space when I got a pop up informing me Vendetta Online has stopped. I tried restarting the game. When I opened VO the tablet's screen went black for about 2.5 secs then immediately returned to the home screen. I attempted replacing my wgaf.config, config.ini, and system info files with old copies. (This usually fixes any issues I have had) Still had the same quick crash.
I removed the VO app from the device and tried reinstalling. I've done this 5 times now. The app downloads fine to begin with. It does the intial connect and downloads the game files. It seems to also perform the install without issue. It then connects again and gets all the updates. It gets most of the way done until it gets to (or says at bottom) a file named demos.rbl at this point it immediately returns to the home screen. If I try to open it again it just gives the black screen for 2.5 seconds and returns home.
My next step will be a factory reset of the device. I had hoped to avoid this if it was not necessary as it is a hassle. That is the reason I had asked my original question in the other thread.

Thanks again for your help!! I absolutely love VO!! It has been a great part of my life for the last couple of years! Thanks to all who made it, keep it running and improving, and assist us when we have these issues!

If it matters:
The original crash was at approximately 5:30 Pm MST 12-18-2016.

There is 3 Gigs of space left on the device.

Did you perhaps run out of storage space?
Does it crash before you can even press the 'Play' button?

I just successfully got it to download all the way. I am now logged in.
I'm not sure what changed. 6th time is the charm or dev magic either way problem seems worked out. Thanks so much!!!
