I first thought this was tied to the trident only but it has happened in stations too. It seems that the game sometimes crashes when you are bumping the side of the dock while docking. The visual freezes and initially looks like it's loading but it's not. esc clears it to the desktop, but there's no crash report thingie. I know others are experiencing similar crashes.

Are you experiencing this frequently? Can you tell us more about the platform you're using? (hardware/OS?)
