Graphics, Vertical Sync
This is not really a bug, but it is a problem, and I would believe more players have this problem.
Using a Nvida gpu, at least my GTX960 running in linux, will make the image render incorrectly when you move camera view fast up and down (hence why this is a vertical sync issue), Nvidia gpu`s has vertical sync on by default if the game doesn`t have an option to turn it on and off, and turning it of in Nvidia settings doesn`t always work, this is the case for VO. In all other games I have to turn of v-sync in the options menu for them to render correctly, could you look into having this option in your graphics settings, it`s an annoying problem, and it does affect the overall game experience ?

I do not know if this will help you, but it did seem to fix my tearing issues when using Linux. There is a frame limit option, under Graphics > Maximum Frame Rate in FPS. If you set this number to whatever your refresh rate is (I use 60) the tearing does seem to go away.
Of course, this will only be the case if your FPS never drops below 60, but with the right video options, that card should be able to pull off 60FPS no problem.
