I get the same thing with 40 often. It won't load. It happens more often when I'm coming from inside the race sectors than from s7. When I logoff and come back I appear by the wh in the original sector. I haven't gotten stuck since I didn't home inside the race tracks.

I did some more testing.. 40 is now fixed. Not certain exactly what went wrong, but I have a good idea.

One Gold player by the name of HockeyGoalie got stuck in s41 because s40 wouldn't load. Also, sector 9 doesn't load either. It looks like some of the sectors are starting to crash again.

Sectors aren't crashing. 9 and 40 work fine for me. I think certain characters are simply getting stuck. One more bug to fix.
