Never mind the fact that it's an exploitable XP farm. If you didn't know where you were supposed to go, good luck figuring it out.

The mission log isn't particularly helpful either...

It says right in the first sentence. You need to go to the border between Itani and Serco.

Yeah, but it doesn't say you need to go to Deneb C-10 except for in a little message that breifly appears on the HUD and the Advancement Logs, not the Mission Log.
