My game just started crashing upon the first loading screen, after it says "update complete" along the end. Any ideas?

I see that you have logged in, so I'm presuming you're no longer experiencing the crash?

I was helping him in IRC, turned out once he unplugged the controller from the shield it started fine

Hm, thanks. What controller did he have and what Shield device was it? (Portable, Tablet, TV, etc...)

Sorry for the late reply. Nvidia Shield TV with Nvidia Shield Controller and a cheap Bluetooth Keyboard + Mouse
