I was doing some basic botting today and was finding that the Aputechs quickly lose interest. Upon entering the sector with the bots, one or two may attack. Several times, the one attacking lost interest and flew off only to resume after being pursued. However, after one or two kills, no other aputechs or other bots in the sectors took an interest in attacking. Since I was doing the advanced combat training mission I was left with returning to the Dentek sectors or leaving the sytem to go find Ornes.

Standard behaviour for at least 6 years.

They've been doing this since they nerfed the hive for the mobile release. Prosus assaults no longer gang up on you either.

Hive Skirms are no challenge anymore, it's nearly impossible to lose if you don't sabotage it.
I had mission where the NPCs killed 21 Hive Bots while I didn't manage to hit a single bot.

This is good for us mobile players though :)

There are those of us who enjoy a challenge, believe it or not.
