I couldn't talk on 100 in Sedina b8 2:10 EST

I warped to Latos o-12 and I could talk again

Were you able to do sector chat? Did you see other players chats during this time?

Yes sector worked and yes I could see others chat. I even used the IRC relay and I was getting 100 without lag it was weird

Hasn't happened since but happened twice around that time I mentioned
