Some bugs that i have noticed on android play.
First, i noticed a bug in the control, when you are using the accelerometer. If you attempt to calibrate the device to play when you are lying down, it will do it, but will do it on the contrary, like you're standing, doing the ship stay rotating in looping.
After, when i was doing some missions, i got a delivery mission, then i tryed to sell the goods, and i got it. i don't know if it's a bug, but, it's a fast way to get money, and someway, that's not right.
After the update, the virtual keyboard does not appear anymore, then you can not talk, nor choose amounts of items to buy, this is very annoying. Some stations do not show up, and everything is green when we jump to the sectors where they should be.
Sorry my bad english, i'm brazilian, and my english was learned in games.

So, first of all, the "Green" is fog. That's not a bug, it's a visual-effect, albeit one that has been simplified to make it work better on phones and mobile devices. You have to find your way to the station, using the "S" icons on the radar.
Like, here is an older screenshot of a station emerging from the fog:

On mobile devices the "fog" is just solid-green, because again, phones are slow.
The rest of your complaints we'll have to look into one at a time. Generally speaking, it's best to post each specific bug to a given thread, but we'll see what we can do in this case.

phones are slow.
For varying degrees of slow...
Would it kill you guys to have a switch to turn the cloud textures and the ion storm particle effects on/off with it defaulted to off on mobile?
That way when the new whiz-bang 16-core 3Ghz Android phone comes out next year, this game will have something to warm up it's GPU with already...

arf, can we not hijack this guy's thread, please? I thought you had your own thread on this..
Yes, we probably are going to default to turning the fog clouds on, but what I think you haven't understood is the sheer impact of fill-rate on most android GPUs (and I mean, the latest, newest stuff, to which we always have early-access). The number of ghz is irrelevant. There are a couple of fast-fillrate chips, but most are seriously crushed by overdraw hogs like fog-clouds. We could re-architect the rendering engine in like.. six months or something, and might improve that, but obviously not a big target for us.

I'm not trying to hijack anything. We hear about this one all the time in-game. "Why is it broken? Everything turned green/blue/gray!"
If there was a switch to turn it on, Android users could turn it on, see the ion storm effects and be less confused, then turn it back off because it makes the game run like crap. Right now, we just tell them "Go install the game on a PC and see what it looks like"
You guys already have a switch to turn off all particle effects, which is mostly useless as it makes it so you can't see any weapons fire.

While I am in support of making it optional rather than just not even giving people a choice, I don't see how that would help with confused newbies in any way whatsoever. It would obviously continue to default to being disabled, which means the newbies would continue to default to being confused and asking us why everything is <color>.
