Vendetta Siezures..
oh well with that spec you probably don't want more than 800 x 600 anyways.

Well, you are trying to use 4xAA and your video card doesn't have enough video memory to do that at 1280x720.
Try setting AA to off or 0 or whatever the value is and then try 1280x720.

I just got on my new computer and Vendetta runs nice and fine until I try to set the resolution above 800 x 600, although my moniter can handle resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 with ease.
I am running:
Windows XP Professional
-192 mb ram
-Geforce II, 32mb video memory
-Intel Pentium III, 600mhz
-DirectX 9.0b
I have tried downloading and installing the latest drivers for everything(at the advice of blaster) but the problem still persists, here is what I got when I looked in my DirectX log(Deeznutz is the name of my computer, dunno why, ask my uncle):
