Logout command isn't canceled by damage
I was happily minding my own business shooting at a Serco flying an XC in Dau this evening when the player was able to log out.
I'm pretty sure that wasn't supposed to be possible. Is this a bug or a change in the way logout works?

Are you also a serco? because if that is the case pursuant to the 'no-team-damage-in-capital-systems rule' you can't hurt the serco in Dau.
If you aren't a serco, then it's a fair assumption that you missed. The other races are such poor marksmen.

Itani and the target took damage only to vanish a second or two afterwards.
its really a downsisde to piracy when the target is able to log out while you hit it because you assume exactly what the player is doing right now... stopping to log out instead of paying. should be changed so that your log off process is stopped while you are under attack... rzzzrtt.
The problem is that you were doing lower-case damage. When preventing a logoff, you have to shoot harder so your damage comes through in all caps like you're screaming.
Hail them. It'll add 20s to the logoff timer.
Hailing only works once, and does not provide sufficient time to distinguish between somebody who is trying to log out and a silly newb (especially on mobile) who is frantically flailing about at the keyboard trying and failing to use /givemoney -- a situation made even worse because of case sensitivity bug.
