I'm not sure this is a bug or planned behavior....

Premium sub, no problem on PC or mobile.

Account created on mobile device, used as f2p, max level seems to be 4.

Account created on website as trial, had a friend key, and is now a Lite Sub, max level seems to be 3 wether using PC or mobile device. I was wondering if this should also be set to 4?

That is the actual expected behaviour. Mobile-created accounts have a f2p cap of 4 whereas a lite sub on pc caps at 3.

It may be Ray's expected behaviour, but it's not my expected behaviour. Clearly there was some kind of internal communication issue as to the intended design. To have that disparity would be nonsensical. Thanks for reporting it.

It has been fixed. The license cap for all lite is set to 4.

Edit: You may need to log out and back in for it to fully take effect.
