No ships shown on sectorlist when you have no active ship
After a reload, I went to the sector list and this is what I found. Clearly you can see 2 NPC's in the process of docking, and I should be able to see them on the sector list, but no dice. This ONLY occurs when you have no active ship after selling your active one.
Yeah, they should make it where even if you do have an active ship and are docked you can't see other ships in the sector list.
Why? That's just daft.
maybe it's to stop location spy bots; it would make sense if you weren't able to script buying a ship and making it active automaticaly. Not sure in what situation not having an active ship at all would make you need to know what ships were nearby. Not like you can launch. This bug seems like it's only a bug if your intention is to create a network of bots who can't buy/and activate ships to circumvent this behavior. Why else sit in a station with no active ship and care?

This is trivial.
It seems more like a silly oversight than anything else. This affects more than "spy bots." What if someone is trying to decide what ship to buy based on whether or not the pirate that just blew them up is still out there?

If I were making a set of spy location bots, then I would just have it always have an ec-89 active. It's not that hard. Why does everything have to be plugin related for you? Single-minded much?
Anyway, it just seems like some kind of oversight and it's not a big issue, but a bug nonetheless.
