Tried to log into my account and it says that my username doesn't exist, but when I try to retrieve said non-existent account,it says my accounts name is the same I tried to use!!! How can it say my account doesn't exist, but still be attached to my email??? And another thing, please make support available for people not signed in. I had to make a new account just to post this.

When having account problems, file a support ticket using the Support link at the bottom of the menu to the left. The devs will get back to you a lot faster that way.

Also, you double-posted this thread. You can delete the duplicate by going into it and clicking the "delete" link that will appear in the top-right part of the post.
