s14 and s13 both show lots of little white boxes in their background. Similar to the little black boxes that have sometimes happened in the past, except that there isn't anything I can do to get them to go away. I restarted, changed resolution, and left the sector and returned, but the problem persisted. I did not try changing the background detail... I'm going to go do that now.

EDIT: It does not happen with "very high" background or lower. It does happen in s15, and s16 as well

I have the same problem, Eldrad. I tried everything and could not get the boxes to go away, except this happened to me in s15.
