While docked as a passenger inside a trident without operating a turret, the nav menu shortcuts for Zoom and Undo only respond if you hold shift and the corresponding shortcut key (z,u). Every where else it does not require a shift hold to activate a shortcut regardless of the capitalization of the underlined letter.
